Visual Rebrand + Brand Design

Evolving a skills platform into a human-first visual powerhouse.

The Challenge

Bundle, a 1:1 live-skills development platform, helps organizations invest in human connection and professional growth through live, instructor-led sessions. Their old branding didn’t reflect that energy — it felt generic and corporate rather than warm, flexible, and people-driven. They needed a modern visual identity that could communicate their expertise in leadership, empathy, and communication training, while staying versatile across web, product, and marketing materials.

The challenge was to build a brand that looked as dynamic and approachable as the experience they deliver: a system that felt professional without losing its heart.

The process

I led a complete visual overhaul — including a refreshed color palette, modern typography, custom illustration system, fresh logo and. brandmarks, motion principles, and a detailed brand-guidelines document. The new design language emphasizes movement, warmth, and clarity. Every choice — from color psychology to icon style — was intentional, ensuring the visuals could scale across everything from LMS dashboards to social campaigns.

The Outcome

The rebrand gave Bundle a cohesive identity that feels fresh, confident, and unmistakably human. Their new brand system translates effortlessly across internal and client-facing platforms, allowing their mission to shine through every detail — from pitch decks to onboarding modules. The comprehensive guidelines now serve as a trusted toolkit for in-house and partner teams, helping maintain consistency and quality as they grow.

 

Since launch, the updated visual system has strengthened audience engagement, clarified Bundle’s value proposition, and positioned the company as a thought leader in the future-of-work space.

Reflection

This project reinforced one of my favorite creative truths: great brands don’t start with logos — they start with clarity and empathy. The Bundle rebrand wasn’t just about visuals; it was about aligning design with purpose. Helping a company that teaches human connection look more human was the perfect creative challenge — and the kind of work that reminds me why I do what I do.
