Thanks for supporting Smug Pug Ink! Since all items are made-to-order through a print-on-demand partner (Printful), we don’t offer traditional returns or exchanges. But don’t worry—if something’s off with your order, we’ll make it right.
All Sales Are Final
Because each item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Wrong size or color selected

Buyer’s remorse

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Please double-check your size and order details before checking out!
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with a defect, printing issue, or is damaged in transit, email us at hello@ciarapickering.com within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of what went wrong
We'll work with Printful to replace or refund your item if it qualifies under their return guidelines.
Lost Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out. We can help look into tracking and file a claim if needed. Please note: we’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier errors.
