2. Products & Fulfillment

All items sold are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service. As such:

Production time typically takes 2–7 business days.
Shipping times vary by destination and are in addition to production time.
You may receive items in separate packages if your order contains multiple products.
Product colors and print placements may vary slightly due to the nature of print-on-demand production.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payments are securely processed through Wix’s e-commerce system and its integrated third-party payment providers.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because items are made to order, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@ciarapickering.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including illustrations, designs, graphics, and text—is the property of Smug Pug Ink and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express permission.
